DUNDAS WORLD

@DUNDAS

Founded in 2017, the Dundas brand epitomises the nomadic lifestyle of the glamorous fashion set. Each collection carries the unmistakable mark of fashion designer, Peter Dundas – embellishment, luxury and sensuality. The brand, conceived by Peter Dundas and his partner, Evangelo Bousis, was created around a non-seasonal structure. Instead of a traditional schedule, Dundas collections are released succinctly in strategically timed drops to coincide with the demands of the discerning Dundas clientele. The collection speaks to a truly global, season-less consumer.

Dundas was first debuted on Beyoncé Knowles at the 2017 Grammy Awards followed by the brand’s first fashion show in July 2017 in Paris. The brand has opened multiple Travelling Flagship stores including London, New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas, Mykonos, and opened its first collaborative store with Selfridges in May 2019.

In February 2020, Peter Dundas created costumes for the Super Bowl LIV Half Time show in Miami for Shakira. The Dundas collection has since expanded into new categories with the launch of Active Wear in March 2020, followed by a unisex eyewear collection in partnership with L.G.R and loungewear in the summer. Additionally, to address the needs of consumers during these times, Dundas was the first to launch a designer medical-grade disposable mask, available in signature Dundas prints. In Summer 2021 Dundas launched its first men’s capsule collection.

During NYFW September 2021 DUNDAS launched the first part of the four-collection collaboration with global retailer REVOLVE with a fashion show creating a full range of RTW and accessories at the more accessible price point targeting Lower Millennial and Gen-Z generations.

At the start of 2022 DUNDAS relocated its headquarters to Los Angeles.

This collection is the continuation of the series of fashion drops related to the big red carpet and stage moments, starting with the NFT drop of the Mary J Blige stage outfit, that she wore at a halftime show performance at the Superbowl in February 2022.
Dundas at Music Awards Collection is featuring the looks of one of the key artists from the 64th Music Awards Ceremony, that took place in Las Vegas.

This NFT drop by Dundas x DRESSX features unique 3d artworks by DRESSX and DUNDAS original sketches of the performance outfits and a unique red-carpet accessory with AR wearable utility and the opportunity to wear the stage outfits on the editorial images that look just like real, which is powered by DRESSX. The buyers of the NFTs are not only collecting the unique fashion and music artifacts, but also get access to the Dundas world community and get invited to the New York Fashion Week DUNDAS Party in Autumn 2022.
