About

Founded in 2004 in Sydney, Australia by Eugene Leung, INJURY is a state of mind, inspired by wanders through global sub-culture, with an unmistakable sense of identity.

Design-duo Eugene Leung and Dan Tse promote small batch slow fashion that is season-less and genderless, they aim to minimise carbon emission during the usual clothing sampling and manufacturing process by incorporating digital clothing simulation into their design process. Believing that clothes should have a much longer life than the ‘seasons’ given, the design-duo are now releasing new collections only once a year and create only made-to-order long-lasting pieces with quality craftsmanship.

INJURY is sold to over 80 prestigious fashion retailers internationally and has showcased their runway collections at official on-schedule New York, Paris and Shanghai Fashion Weeks, the Australian label has been worn by the likes of Vera Blue, Guy Sebastian, Ronan Keating, RatCat, Nicole Miller, Huang Xiao Ming, Sammi Cheng, Eason Chan and Charlene Choi. INJURY has been regularly featured in SHOWstudio, Vogue magazine, Nowness, WAD magazine, WWD, So-en, Mens non-no, Sense, ELLE magazine, Marie Claire etc.

INJURY went beyond fashion and is now a multi-disciplinary creative lab for all medium that co-exist between virtual and the real. In collaboration with REAL PARENT, the brand has recently released exclusive AR Fashion wearable NFTs and audio-visual NFTs with Crypto Fashion Week and DressX, which are now all sold out on foundation.

Their recent 2021/ 22 fashion film ‘The Butterfly’s Dream’ debuted at Afterpay Australian Fashion Week in June 2021 was the first-ever 100% CGI Fashion Film in Australia, and the film is officially selected as part of ASVOFF 13 (A Shaded View of Fashion Film, founded by Diane Pernet), Fashion Film Festival Milano and Bucharest Fashion Film Festival; also selected as a featured fashion film on SHOWstudio.
